Description:
The City of Rock Hill is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Village at Osceola – Civil/Site Construction project. The work consists of civil/site construction and consists of furnishing all materials, tools and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the reconstruction and extension of existing Osceola Ave., the extension of existing Ellen Ave., the construction of a new location roadway and a new parking lot for proposed townhome lots.
