Competitive, sealed bids will be accepted for gym renovations at the Brookland Lakeview Empowerment Center in West Columbia on July 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. A pre-bid conference will be held at the BLEC on June 27, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The last date for questions will be July 7, 2023 by 10:00 a.m. This project is being funded in part through a grant from the Lexington County Community Block Grant (CDBG) program.
