Description:
The County of Greenville is seeking sealed bids from vendors for the demolition and site cleanup of the old county administration building. The project will be completed in three phases. Phase 1 and Phase 2 will be started in conjunction with asbestos abatement work being completed. Phase 3 of this project is anticipated to be done in early 2024 and the County reserves the right to negotiate the price of that Phase at that time.
