The City of Rock Hill ("City") is seeking competitive bids from qualified companies to provide guardrails for three (3) projects for the following locations: Riverview Road Bridge, Prentice Court at Camp Creek, and Cinema Drive at Tinsley. Consideration also will be given to a potential bidder for both materials and installation (refer to the Pricing Proposal).
