The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is seeking to procure statewide water services to provide various drinking water options. SCDHHS would like to provide more sustainable options for water to include bottle-less solutions, however not all locations may possess the resources required to install bottle-less solutions, therefore bottled water service will also be required at a variety of locations.
