Description:
SLCOG is requesting bids for one Environmental Company to complete lead-based paint testing, risk assessments, and clearance reporting to comply with the latest rules of HUD and the EPA. The testing results will be used for the abatement, interim controls etc. of lead-based paint during renovations of properties in SLCOG services on all houses built in or before 1978.
