Demolition & replacement of existing wood framed stair. Mandatory pre-bid mtg. to be held on Nov. 16, 2022 at 10:00AM (local time) located at the Myrtle Beach Art Museum, 3100 S. Ocean Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance and sign-in are required for bid consideration. No late attendees will be admitted. No remote attendance options are available. Meeting will be held rain or shine. All interested contractors must attend, regardless of previous experience with this project.
