The City of Rock Hill (the “City”), by this Request for Proposals (RFP), intends to pre-select one belt filter press (BFP) equipment manufacturer (the “Manufacturer”) to furnish three-belt high solids style BFP equipment to be included in the Contract Documents for installation as part of the Biosolids Processing Facility Project (the “Project”) for the Manchester Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility (MCWWTF).
