Description:
The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is requesting proposals from qualified consultancies to develop comprehensive air emissions inventories for SCPA terminals in the Charleston area. The objective is to document 2020 and 2023 SCPA emissions based on port and port dependent data, and compare those emissions to previous inventories.
