The Central Midlands Council of Governments Area Agency on Aging invites the submission of proposals for the purchase and provision of In-home and Community-Based Services for the elderly under Title III of the Older Americans Act and South Carolina Stated-Funded Programs of the State Unit on Aging. Offerors are required to commit to coordinating delivery of services with other providers of services for older adults in the counties of Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland.
Proposals MUST be received by the Central Midlands Council of Governments by the deadline date and time. Any proposal received after the deadline will be deemed non-responsive. Offerors are required to demonstrate/document the availability or commitment to meet match requirements described in the RFP.
