The Lower Savannah Workforce Development Board will release a RFP on February 9, 2024 to solicit proposals for WIOA Operator, Adult, DW and Youth Services for the Lower Savannah Workforce Board which services Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun and Orangeburg counties in the state of South Carolina.
