Richland County requests electronic bids from qualified contractors to resurface 1.14 miles of Fashion Drive with a 48' roadway width and 1.0 miles of Forum Drive with a 40' roadway width. The services to be provided under this project will include construction, milling, full-depth patching, traffic control, traffic signal loops, pavement markings, railroad, and schedule.
