The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is soliciting proposals to provide public involvement services to assist in compliance with the Department's Public Involvement Policy for NEPA Compliance (2015) and the Public Participations Plan (2019 update). Additional services include public involvement services for updating public outreach methods and Department policies for public involvement.
