Description:
It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Social Services to solicit proposals to provide the agency with a SaaS solution to increase recruitment of foster families and decreasing the time it takes to approve licensure of families and ensure that families, including kin, are able to complete the process and provide a safe home for children and youth in foster care. The solution must have both licensing and placement modules.
