Description:
UofSC is seeking A/E services for Phase I design & estimating to construct an addition to and renovation of the existing 73,000 sq ft Upstate Library Classroom Building. The renovation will include repurposing of classroom spaces and upgrading the building mechanical system. The addition is approximately 22,000 sq ft and will house a variety of student spaces (multipurpose classrooms, service-oriented functions, etc). Small and Minority Business participation is strongly encouraged.
