It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) seek proposals from offerors to provide relocation services from a qualified vendor to take place upon completion of the new building located in West Columbia, SC. This project primarily consists of transporting storage boxes (with paper contents) packaged by agency staff, from four separate locations in Richland County to a newly constructed single building at the SC State Farmers Market in Lexington County.
