It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a Contractor to install Concrete Mulch Bins at the Parks and Recreation Waste area located off Meyers Avenue in Myrtle Beach, SC. IFB forms and requirements may be obtained from the Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM (local time) located at City of Myrtle Beach Field Maintenance Shop South, 881 Emmens Avenue, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance and sign-in are required for bid consideration. No late attendees will be admitted. No remote attendance options are available. Participants may be expected to walk distances or travel to other areas throughout the meeting.
