Description:
Remove and replace existing smoke alarm devices. Provide new smoke alarm devices. Remove and replace existing hot water heaters in all apartments. . Remove existing clotheslines that do not have concrete pads around them. Provide new clotheslines with concrete pads at these location Provide exterior painting of door and window steell lintels and Hardie Board siding and trim. One site only.
