The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) is soliciting proposals from organizations to provide tobacco-related outreach communication and education on the importance of elimination of secondhand smoke and vaping exposure as well as smoke-free and tobacco-free policy among local businesses, organizations, faith-based organizations, and community settings for populations with high rates of tobacco-related disparities.
