Description:
Provide as needed mechanical construction services over the term of the contract. Services to include equipment, installation, and repairs to mechanical systems of campus buildings. Contractor must be licensed as required by SC Contractor Licensing Board (LLR) for work covered in this solicitation. Contractor must have a SC Mechanical Contractor License with air conditioning (AC-4), heating (HT-4), plumbing (PB-4) minimum classifications.
