Description:
Provide general construction services on an “as needed” basis over the term of the contract. Construction services to include renovations, additions, upgrades, and repairs to campus buildings. Contractor must be licensed as required by SC Contractor Licensing Board (LLR) for work covered in this solicitation. Contractor must have a SC General Contractor BD License, minimum Group #2 or higher.
