Lake City will accept separate sealed bids for the complete demolition and disposal of two (2) ACM-asbestos-containing material condemned residential structures in the city limits. All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract. The city will conduct a non-mandatory walk-through of the properties on 3/08/2023 at 10:00 AM.
