The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking proposals to have their HVAC Chiller equipment kept in optimal operating condition by appropriate repairs, maintenance, calibration and adjustments for peak effectiveness and efficiency. The service required would be characterized by efficient operation that minimizes downtime and conservation of all CFC (Cost of Facilities Capital) and a reduction in waste oil produced by past servicing procedures.
