The County of Greenville is requesting quotes for the demolition and removal of all structures and debris at 132 W Marion Rd, Greenville. This project is a forced demolition of a residential structure that has been ruled unfit. All structures on the property will need to be removed including any and all trash, debris and uncontrolled growth. When the lot has been cleared, the lot will need to be graded to promote positive drainage and seeded/strawed to prevent erosion.
