Description:
Demolition of structures within the SCDOT Right of Way (ROW) that were purchased during ROW acquisition. All buildings will be demolished to grade with no or very minimal ground disturbance. These structures may or may not need hazardous material abatement. Hazardous materials reports will be supplied when requesting quotes for task orders.
