Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified real estate brokers to assist with the sale or lease of County-owned selected residential properties. Proposals will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. August 8, 2023 in the Procurement Office, 1930 University Parkway, Room #3201, Aiken, SC 29801 then read aloud in Suite #3203.
Questions concerning this proposal must be emailed to procurement@aikencountysc.gov before 3:00 p.m. July 26, 2023. The Questions and Answers (Q&A) will be posted to the Aiken County website before 5:00 p.m. July 28, 2023. Phone calls will not be accepted.
