Union County is requesting proposals for grass cutting services/weed eating and general landscaping for 12 locations (detailed in bid document). It is anticipated that properties will be cut a minimum of bi-monthly during growing season and at least monthly during the winter. Special events/circumstances may communicated by the property owner that necessitate addition maintenance.
Each property will be awarded separately.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the Union County Development Board Conference Room on March 25, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. The pre-bid conference will include a virtual tour of the identified properties to ensure that all are aware of the requirements.
