Vendors must provide labor and materials for chiller inspections and services. Required basic tests include Oil Analysis, Meg Testing, and Refrigerant Leak Detection. Optional testing (Eddy Current or Vibration Analysis) and additional repairs will need Property Management approval. County HVAC personnel will be on-site during services. Vendors are to all handle hazardous material disposal, meet OSHA and DHEC regulations, and use eco-friendly products.
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the Greenville County Courthouse at 305 East North Street, Greenville, SC 29601 on April 5, 2024 at 10:00AM EST.
