Description:
The State of South Carolina, Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) is seeking bids from qualified offerors to assist in the facilitation of a Vessel Turn-In Program (VTIP) and fiberglass recycling pilot project. This project will consist of securing a staging area, trailering and transportation of vessels to the staging area (as needed), vessel dismantling and material preparation for various disposal streams, as well as recycling and disposal services.
