Description:
The Department of Administration, Division of Facilities Management and Property Services (FMPS) is seeking a Contractor to perform cooling tower inspections, cleaning, and repair services. All services shall be performed by a qualified trained technician and shall comply with applicable rules and regulations as outlined in the solicitation.
