The South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control (DHEC) Bureau of Water (BOW) is seeking proposals from technically qualified entities to conduct lead testing in schools and childcare facilities as part of the Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIN). The selected vendor will be responsible for performing lead testing, data collection, and outreach efforts to ensure the safety of students and children in the State of South Carolina
