Description:
Dorchester School District Two is seeking qualified firms to renovate approximately 9,500 square feet of existing office space into new Adult Education space to include classrooms, offices and breakroom areas. Renovation will include new GWP, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at 1325 Boone Hill Road, Summerville, SC 29483.
