Demolition of the existing fire alarm system. Renovations include a new fire alarm system comprised of a new
fire alarm control panel, remote annunciators, cellular dialer, remote antenna, manual pull
stations, smoke detectors, duct smoke detectors, heat detectors, valve tamper switches and water
flow switches, interfaces to elevator controls and interface to computer/data fire protection
system, horns and strobes and associated wiring and conduit.
An On-Site Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site in the Main Conference Room of the Pickens County Administration Building on November 29th 2023 at 11:00 am.
