Description:
The Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking a contractor to renovate the Farm Classroom. This includes demoing portions of the interior of the classroom and bringing in new flooring, walls, windows, electrical and plumbing and mechanical. This will also include exterior work sidewalk and entry canopy, painting of the building and repairs to the gutters. There will be a Mandatory Site Visit on 8/22/23, at 10:00 AM (EST) Meet at 400 Rivermont Drive, Cola, SC 29210.
