The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain Ethanol-free (Unleaded, Regular) Gasoline, E-10 (Ethanol-blended Gasoline), On-Road (Ultra-Low Sulfur) Diesel Fuel, and Off-Road Diesel Fuel where orders can be placed at both Transport and Tankwagon quantities.
