Description:
Installation of a new mechanical/HVAC plant to include one packaged chiller/boiler module with one 400-ton modular chiller w/pump package & two 1,200 MBH condensing boilers w/pump package & associated piping to provide heat and cooling for four buildings. Installation of one modular cooling tower allowing future addition of chiller/boiler modules. Package must include upgrades and expansion to the current 4-pipe heating and cooling system.
