Description:
The Marion County Library System is seeking proposals from design teams for the renovation and expansion of their Main Branch facility. Teams will consist of an architect and general contractor for a Design Assist/CM-At-Risk delivery method. The Library is considering Historic Tax Credits and other incentives for this project. Respondents should have experience with the HTC process.
