USCOG/AAA seeks proposals for the purchase and provisions of In-Home and Community-Based Services for the elderly under Title III of the Older Americans Act and South Carolina State -Funded Programs of the State Unit on Aging. Because the contracts that may result from this solicitation are funded through a combination of Federal, State, and Local funding sources, uncertainty exists with respect to what level of funds may be made available to Offerors.
