The Municipal Association of SC is preparing a list of engineering firms qualified to design water and sewer projects that cities and towns can select from for the completion of projects spurred by American Rescue Plan Act funding. This list may be used by cities and towns without needing to use additional procurement processes, allowing them to move forward more quickly with their projects once funding is received.
