Greenwood County is requesting Proposals from interested and qualified Engineering Firms to perform due diligence services on the Stonecrest Farm (SCF). The SCF contains approximately 371.3 acres, located on either side of Emerald Rd and is shown as TMS# 6876-533-938; 6876-443-843; 6876-295-887; 6876-583-742; and 6876-337-718. Greenwood County holds an exclusive option and marketing rights to the subject property.
