CHA will receive quotes from qualified contractors. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of contractors to complete Make-Ready Services for Vacant Units at various locations at a fixed cost. The services will include but not limited to cleaning; painting; floor finishing; HVAC services; Electrical Services; plumbing services and carpentry services. CHA reserves the right to award multiple contracts under this solicitation.
