Description:
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a qualified vendor to provide on-site washing and cleaning of USC Parking and Transportation vehicles, located on the USC Columbia Campus. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, and labor. Small and Minority Business participation is highly encouraged.
