Description:
- Furnish, install approximately 2330 square feet of Open Air 413 Oat 107763 carpet tile.
- Removal, disposal of the existing carpet, move the furniture with the direction of the occupants, transitions strips, minor skim coat floor prep and freight.
- Grind and sand approximately 1400 square feet of cementitious Terrazzo down and remove all surface contaminants, wax sealers, wax, and dirt.
- Complete job in 15 calendar days from the start date.
