The City of York is requesting quotes for services to provide backflow testing to non-compliant backflow devices as required by the State Safe Water Drinking Act Regulation 61-58.7
All proposals should be complete and carefully worded and must convey all the information requested by the City of York. If significant errors are found in the Vendor’s Bid, or if the proposal fails to conform to the essential requirements of the Bid, the City, and the City alone, will be the judge as to whether that variance is significant enough to require rejection of the bid. Vendor should submit an unbound original and one (1) copy.
