Description:
The Town of Pine Ridge is soliciting proposals for HVAC maintenance & repairs for a term contract to begin January 17 - December 31, 2023, with an option to renew. The proposal is asking for qualified contractors to submit proposals for performing scheduled quarterly maintenance & inspections, as well as any repair work needed on Town owned heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems.
